Rob Brodsky is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Consulting & Sports Management Group, a boutique sports management and consulting firm dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for athletes, teams, and sports organizations. Through recruiting support, NIL guidance, personal branding, athlete development, international exposure, and strategic partnerships, Rob leads Legacy’s mission to help athletes build successful futures both in sports and beyond.
With more than 20 years of coaching and sports leadership experience, Rob brings a firsthand understanding of the challenges athletes and families face while navigating increasingly competitive athletic environments. Throughout his career, he has seen talented athletes overlooked—not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access, exposure, or knowledgeable guidance. Those experiences became the driving force behind the creation of Legacy.
Under Rob’s leadership, Legacy has grown beyond traditional recruiting services into an athlete-centered sports platform focused on mentorship, development, international competition, and long-term opportunity. His vision also includes creating high-quality showcases, tournaments, and cross-border sporting experiences that connect athletes and organizations from different regions and cultures.
Rob is known for his relationship-driven leadership style and his ability to build trusted partnerships with athletes, families, coaches, clubs, and sports leaders. He believes success should be measured not only by athletic advancement, but also by the confidence, character, and opportunities athletes develop throughout their journey.

Nichole Owens
Chief Operating Officer | Legacy Consulting & Sports Management Group
Nichole Owens serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing 20 years of experience in operational leadership and business management. She has overseen daily operations for multiple multimillion-dollar organizations, with expertise in strategic execution, organizational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and high-level problem-solving. Her strong leadership and communication skills allow her to build effective teams, optimize business processes, and translate strategic objectives into measurable results.
Nichole also brings more than a decade of experience in youth sports administration, having served as Operations Manager for the Central Florida Youth Football League, an American Youth Football organization. She is deeply committed to supporting student-athletes both on and off the field, encouraging them to pursue academic excellence, build strong character, and reach their full athletic potential. While she has helped numerous athletes advance academically and athletically, her greatest reward is watching them grow into confident, responsible, and successful adults.
Originally from Upstate New York, Nichole is married and the proud mother of two student-athletes, one who competes in collegiate lacrosse and another who plays youth football.

Hector Ortega
Director of Latin American Sports Relations
Hector Ortega is a respected educator, coach, athletic administrator, and sports development leader with more than 30 years of experience impacting athletes and communities throughout Mexico and internationally. His career has been defined by a commitment to athlete development, educational leadership, and creating opportunities through sports.
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from EBC – Banking and Commercial University in Mexico City, a Master's Degree in Administrative Management in Digital Environments from Universidad Hispano, and a Sports Coaching Diploma, Hector combines strong academic credentials with extensive real-world experience in athletics, education, and organizational leadership.
Throughout his distinguished career, Hector has served as a School Athletic Director for more than 12 years and as an educator for over 18 years, helping shape both athletic and academic programs that emphasize discipline, leadership, teamwork, and personal growth.
As a coach, Hector brings over three decades of experience in American football, having worked with numerous organizations and teams while developing athletes at youth, high school, and elite levels. A former player and champion himself, he competed with organizations including UPIICSA, Troyanos, and Guerreros Mayas before transitioning into coaching and program leadership.
Hector is the Founder and Head Coach of the Águilas de Mérida American Football Program, where he has built one of the region's most respected football organizations. Under his leadership, Águilas de Mérida has achieved success across multiple divisions, including youth, junior, women's flag football, and women's tackle football. His accomplishments include leading the Águilas de Mérida Women's American Football Team to a National Championship in 2022.
Beyond coaching, Hector has become a recognized leader in international sports development. He has organized and coordinated numerous sporting events, tournaments, and international competitions, including the Yucatán vs. Florida Union Bowl, which has strengthened athletic and cultural connections between Mexico and the United States since 2019. He also played a key role in organizing international travel opportunities for athletes, including leading the Águilas Flag Football Team to Florida for competition and exposure.
His expertise extends to tournament operations, event management, athlete development, and state-level competition, having served as a coach for Yucatán's U15 and Women's State Representative Teams in regional and national competitions.
In recognition of his lifelong dedication to youth sports and athlete development, Hector was inducted into the Central Florida Youth Football Hall of Fame, Class of 2025.
Today, Hector continues to serve as a mentor, coach, and advocate for athletes, helping create pathways for growth, competition, and international opportunities while making a lasting impact on the next generation of sports leaders.
Korielle Brodsky
Junior Associate | Client Services & Event Concierge
Korielle Brodsky serves as a Junior Associate specializing in client services and event support. In her role, she helps create a positive and personalized experience for athletes, families, coaches, and organizational partners. Her strong communication and customer service skills, combined with her approachable personality, allow her to build trusted relationships throughout the athletic community.
A lifelong athlete, Korielle has participated in football, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, track and field, and wrestling. She is currently a collegiate lacrosse player at St. Thomas University, where she is pursuing a degree in Sports Management and is expected to graduate in 2028. Her diverse athletic background gives her firsthand insight into the experiences, expectations, and challenges faced by today’s student-athletes.
Korielle brings an athlete-centered perspective to her work and is passionate about helping others feel supported, valued, and prepared throughout their journey. Through her work in client relations and event operations, she is gaining valuable experience while contributing to Legacy’s mission of creating meaningful opportunities for athletes.
